![]() ![]() While the EA Access availability is surely disappointing for those on PlayStation and PC, fans are feeling quite hopeful about this development overall. PS Now already offers a few other EA games, such as Mass Effect 2 and Mirror's Edge so the company could follow Rockstar Games' lead as that brought Red Dead Redemption to PS Now and made it available through Xbox backward compatibility. The Sony console does not have EA Access as Sony doesn't think it's a good value, but it does offer access to PS3 games through its PlayStation Now streaming service. It's also unclear whether Skate 3 will be re-released on PS4. Unfortunately, Skate 3 has not joined the PC version of EA Access, Origin Access as the game was never released on PC. Skate 3 joins the EA Access Vault, which offers a variety of games for $4.99 month including Star Wars Battlefront, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Madden NFL 17, and many others. Those requests eventually paid off when the game came to Xbox One a few months ago but now, EA is giving players yet another way to get their hands on the title.Īs of today, Skate 3 is now available through EA's subscription program EA Access, which is exclusive to Xbox One. So much so that for months, fans demanded that EA make the game playable via the Xbox backward compatibility program. Gaining popularity thanks to YouTubers like PewDiePie who continue to play the game and make gnarly wipeout and trick montages for their channels, EA skateboarding sim Skate 3is now a hot property. Skate 3 joins EA's paid-for subscription program EA Access on Xbox One, with many fans of the series hoping that renewed interest in the game will lead to Skate 4. ![]()

It's got huge potential with the scripting and what could be done with it, and very good soundtracks. That doesn't say I hate and avoid Hexen, though. Ice monsters and plasma wizards are the type who can deal quick and hard to avoid low damage. I also saw recordings where the cleric player was killing the heresiarch solely with flechettes. Some roleplaying may help to understand the way things go :) BUT, on the other hand, it makes sense, knowing how the cleric is the warrior of light who burns the heathen and summons spirits for vengeance. The wraithverge could have better been a class-specific artifact, due to its mass potential. More or less the same with the mage, but I haven't got too far with him (got beaten by that gibbet bug and I couldn't cheat either). But it's not so cool when you spend 12 of each mana and have to shoot repeatedly to kill a large squad, when you could use the lesser third weapon for better economy. The absolute favorite is probably the Disc of repulsion though. ![]() Some favorites being the Crossbow and powered Dragonclaw in Heretic and the Arc of Death and Firestorm in Hexen. Oh yeah, and both of the games got very rewarding weapons for the most part. I really like them both, but for different reasons. Since they affect all the players if they are close enough, but again, in different ways depending on what class they are. But also artifacts that are extra useful in coop. Hexen also have special conditions for Coop, with different classes and different artifacts doing different things for the different classes. But it's very nicely balanced with the artifacts that are also efficient weapons creating a much more varied game play than any of the other games. The greatness of Hexen though is the weapons and the artifacts. I dunno if people noticed, but there's a lot more to it than just "a door opened somewhere in some place" So for the person that likes a bit more puzzels, Hexen is the win. Hexen got great atmosphere and a bit more work done on level progression than Heretic, which is a lot like Doom. There are great artifacts to use in it, but they aren't really up to match the artifacts of Hexen. The atmosphere is different from most anything else which makes it special and memorable. Have fun.Heretic is really nice with the weapons and the variety in that department. ini file in gzdoom folder and start over.Įverything covered here applies to Hexen too. You can customize many more options, but this cover basics. (or use option search and type what you need: autoaim, crosshair, etc.)
